POM-oh-come-to-Mama-tini
My friend JennyMac posted the following recipe on her blog Let's Have a Cocktail http://letshaveacocktail.blogspot.com/ and I thought ya'll might like it:
JennyMac's POM-oh-come-to-Mama-tini
Fill your shaker with ice.
Take your martini glass and draw a circle just below the inside rim with chocolate syrup.
Into your shaker pour:
2/3 POMx Iced Coffee (I used vanilla)
1/3 vodka
1/3 Lady Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
Shake it like a poloroid picture.
Pour. Sip. Enjoy. Repeat.
